The Association of Tanzania Employers (ATE) launched the Female Future Programme in Tanzania.

The Association of Tanzania Employers (ATE)  launched the Female Future Programme in Tanzania. The Programme is formulated to attract more women into management positions, decision making processes and on Corporate Boards.
The aim to inspire and challenge women to work harder and deliver upon set organisations goals.
Speaking during the Launch of the Programme, Vice-President of the United Republic of Tanzania H.E Samia Hassan Suluhu said that some businesses with more women leaders have proved to be more successful than male- dominated ones. 






The Minister of State PMO for Policy, Parliament, La- bour, Youth, Employment and PWDs, Hon. Jenista Mhagama, said the programme would help in promoting talents of women and men in Tanzania and attain vision 2025 which aims at building a middle in- come country.
“Currently, Tanzanian unemployment rate stands at 10.3 percent; there- fore, job creation should be a development agenda that the government should focus on,”
